The Four Hands Collaboration dinner starts tomorrow! Our guest Chef Yoshiaki Ito of L'Archeste, Paris is now in town. Together with Chef Hiroyuki Meno, the two spent the morning at the market checking fresh produce to use for their degustation menu.
